Cousins Properties Inc. (NYSE:CUZ) (CUZ) have three new leases and a lease expansion with Cumulus Media Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS:CMLS) (CMLS), Wilmington Trust Corp. (NYSE:WL) (WL) and a local investment advisor.

The Atlanta real-estate investment trust said the leases are at Terminus 100, a 27-story, 650,000-square-foot building under construction in Atlanta's Buckhead district.

Cousins is in active negotiations on leases that would bring the building's office space to more than 80% leased.

Cumulus, Milwaukee, is a radio station owner and Wilmington Trust, Wilmington, Del., is a financial advisor.

Cousins also said it will begin site development activities for Terminus 200, a 22-story, 520-000-square-foot building, expected to be completed in mid-2009.
