Intervoice Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS:INTV) (INTV) signed an agreement with EMC Corp.'s (NYSE:EMC) (EMC) RSA security unit to integrate its Voice Portal product with RSA's Adaptive Authentication for Phone.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

The Dallas call-automation system company said the deal will enhance the protection of customers who conduct their banking business over the phone.

The combined product will let bank call centers meet and exceed guidelines for authentication in telephone banking, the company said.

Intervoice (NASDAQ-NMS:INTV) said the product is available immediately.
