Standard & Poor's will add Texas Roadhouse Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS:TXRH) (TXRH) to the SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on May 8, replacing Global Imagine Systems Inc. ( GISX).

Standard & Poor's will add Res-Care Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS:RSCR) (RSCR) to the SmallCap 600 on a date to be determined, replacing Dendrite International Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS:DRTE) (DRTE). Dendrite is being acquired by Cegedim SA (Euronext:CGM) (CGM.FR) in a deal still pending final approvals.
