Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. (NYSE:RS) (RS) Monday said it has sold the assets and business of the Encore Coils division of its Encore unit to Samuel Son & Co.
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
Reliance said it will retain the Encore Metals and Team Tube divisions of the Encore Group.
