The California Public Employees Retirement System said three proxy advisors support the fund's "Say-on-Pay" Interpublic Group of Cos (NYSE:IPG) . (IPG) shareholder proposal.
CalPERS said Glass Lewis, RiskMetrics Group and Proxy Governance have all recommended Interpublic shareholders vote for the "Say-on-Pay" proposal, which requests shareholders gain the right to cast annual advisory votes on executive compensation.
