Emeritus Corp. (AMEX:ESC) (ESC) on Wednesday said it completed the acquisition of 41 communities from Health Care Property Investors Inc. (NYSE:HCP) (HCP) for $501.5 million.
The communities are comprised of 3,732 units in 17 states and offer assisted living, memory loss, and independent services to seniors.
