Construction Completion Ahead of Schedule
The new Springbrook PrairiePavilion will welcome its first occupant when Road Runner Sports opens inthe 270,000 square foot center on Friday, June 6, it was announced today.
Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar will be the second to open at the newSpringbrook Prairie Pavilion on June 20.
Whole Foods Market, one of the featured anchors of the center on a 27 acresite at the northwest corner of 75th St. and Fort Hill Drive in Naperville,plans to open its 50,000 square foot store on July 16.
The announcement about the opening of Springbrook Prairie Pavilion was madeby Robert J. Bond, President of Bond Companies. The center is beingdeveloped by Bond Companies along with its joint venture partner, MDCProperties of Hinsdale, IL. Construction of the center continues toproceed ahead of schedule.
A variety of other premier national and well known regional businesses havesigned lease commitments and will open throughout 2008. Loehmann's, CostPlus World Market, Nordstrom Rack, Bank of America and Chase Bank all willopen in the center during the year. The tenant mix also will include HomeGoods, Relax-the-Back and Charles Ifergan.
Springbrook Prairie Pavilion will be home to Road Runner's first Illinoislocation when it moves into its new 7,200 square feet store. Road Runner,based in San Diego, CA, provides sports minded people the ability to buyquality fitness products at great prices. Road Runner Sports offers anarray of men's and women's running shoes, jogging shoes, running appareland running gear for cross country and track runners, marathoners,triathletes and beginning runners.
Road Runner Sports features leading brands such as Asics, Gel Kayano,Adidas, New Balance, Nike, Brooks, Reebok, Dunham and Saucony.
