(NYSE:LIZ) today announced that all of the conditions to effectiveness of the previously-announced, exclusive long-term global license agreement between the companies, under which Elizabeth Arden has the exclusive rights to manufacture, distribute and market the Liz Claiborne fragrance brands, have been satisfied or waived, and the license agreement has become effective. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
