DALLAS, July 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Centex
Corporation (NYSE: CTX) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of
$0.04 per share of the Company's common stock. Dividends will be payable on
Aug. 20, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 30,
2008.
