Citibank.com receives top scores for Overall Score, Ease of Use,
Account Opening, Privacy and Security, Information Look Up, and Learn
and Plan
Keynote Systems, the Mobile and Internet Performance Authority(TM),
today announced that it ranked Citibank.com the top overall banking web
site in its Q2 2008 Banker Scorecard for online banking sites. In
addition to winning the No. 1 overall ranking, Citibank.com also
received the No. 1 or No. 2 scores for all nine categories and tasks
measured, including Privacy and Security, Ease of Use, and Learning and
Planning. The study reviewed the online capabilities of more than 25
financial institutions. Citibank.com came in first place overall in two
of the last three bi-annual Scorecards conducted by Keynote.

The Keynote award is one of many accolades that Citibank has received
for its industry-leading online banking platform. Keynote’s
Scorecard measured the customer experience of the leading online banking
sites against a set of 300 industry standards and best practices, and
made evaluations on a variety of customer-specific tasks and categories.
Citibank was ranked No. 1 overall in the Banker Scorecard. It took first
place for the categories Ease of Use and Privacy and Security, and in
the tasks Open Accounts, Information Look Up, and Learning and Planning.
It also came in No. 2 in the categories Functionality and Quality and
Availability, and also in the Transact task.
