GSI Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIT) is scheduled to attend the B. Riley & Co. Cash-Rich Technology Stock Conference (CRTS) III scheduled for August 12, 2008 at the Le Meridien Hotel in San Francisco. A 25-minute presentation by Didier Lasserre, vice president of sales, and Douglas Schirle, chief financial officer, is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, August 12, and will be webcast.

GSI Technology, a component of the B. Riley & Co.
