MISSISSAUGA, ON, Aug. 6 /CNW/ - CPI Plastics Group Limited ("CPI")
announced today that Robert A. Donaldson has resigned as Director and Chairman
of the Board of CPI effective August 5, 2008 for personal reasons.
Peter F. Clark, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will assume
Mr. Donaldson's responsibilities as Chairman of the Board in the interim.
