VANCOUVER, Aug. 8 /CNW/ - Copper Belt Resources Ltd. is pleased to
announce that its name has been changed to CB Resources Ltd. effective
August 8, 2008. It is expected that the Company's common shares will commence
trading on the CNQ (symbol "CBRL") under the new name CB Resources Ltd. at the
opening of business on Monday, August 11, 2008.
The new name reflects the Company's focus on exploration projects other
than copper and indicates a positive change in its business direction.
