Premiere Global Services Acquires Leading Legal Conferencing Provider

Acquisition of Soundpath® Conferencing Services Accelerates PGIs Vertical Application Strategy

Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI), a global provider of on-demand business process improvement solutions, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Soundpath Conferencing Services, LLC, a leading provider of conferencing services to the legal industry. The purchase price of approximately $20.1 million was funded with Premiere Global’s credit facility.

Washington, DC-based Soundpath, a wholesale partner of Premiere Global’s Conferencing & Collaboration Solutions since 2002, has an established customer base that includes approximately 40% of the top 200 law firms in North America. The acquisition is projected to be accretive to Premiere Global’s revenues and earnings beginning in the fourth quarter of 2008.
