DMTI Spatial (DMTI), a leading provider of enterprise location intelligence solutions, has joined the BlackBerry(R) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Alliance Program. As part of the program, DMTI will gain access to support services from Research In Motion (RIM) as well as business and marketing resources.
Using the company's Location Hub(TM) Technology Platform, DMTI will develop enhanced mobility solutions for customers with mobile workforces and field assets. Using BlackBerry(R) smartphones, users will be able to access real-time geographic information to track vehicles and service technicians, conduct field assessments, derive exact addresses for the location of real estate assets such as oil wells, buildings, and trains, and manage sales territories.
