ALLSTON, Mass., Aug. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On September 30, 2008, New England Realty Associates Limited Partnership will make a distribution to its Class A Limited Partners and holders of Depositary Receipts. Class A Limited Partners and holders of Depositary Receipts of record as of September 15, 2008, will be entitled to a quarterly distribution in the amount of $7.00 per Class A Partnership Unit, or $.70 per Depositary Receipt. Each Depositary Receipt represents a beneficial ownership of one-tenth of a Class A Partnership Unit. Depositary Receipts are listed on AMEX under the trading symbol 'NEN'.
