CHICAGO, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United Airlines today reported
its preliminary traffic results for September 2008. The company reported a
September passenger load factor of 79.7 percent. Total scheduled revenue
passenger miles (RPMs) decreased in September by 9.2 percent on a capacity
decrease of 8.6 percent in scheduled available seat miles (ASMs) compared with
the same period in 2007.
