Not much in the way of research.
However, the rest is top drawer. They had problems with heavy load periods until recently, but I (personally!) worked with Tom to fix them, and fix them they did.
Now find me another broker that will actually get someone on top management to work with you on an issue like this personally, AND RESOLVE IT.
That's what I thought.
I trade futures, stocks, options and Forex with them. Very happy.
